The Fine Print:
There is no fee to join our wine club. You may join now and you will not be charged until one week before the shipment is sent. In signing up you commit to receiving a minimum of two consecutive shipments.
All shipments are discounted at the member rates; the charge will be the retail value of your shipment, minus your member discount, and include any applicable taxes, and shipping charges. Charges will vary with each shipment.
You must be 21 years or older to order and receive shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address because of the adult signature requirement. Should your club shipment be returned for any reason, the fee to reship would be the full rate charged by the common carrier for Migliavacca Wine Co.
Any changes to your account or membership status must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled ship date in order to be applied to the upcoming shipment. All cancellations and address changes must be received in writing; please email club@migwine.com.
Our wine club is a continual membership until canceled. You may cancel at any time, in writing (please send an email to club@migwine.com), but please note that cancelations during the first year will not be effective until after the second shipment. Migliavacca Wine Co. requires a two week notice before the upcoming shipment to cancel. If a club shipment has been shipped but not received prior to our receipt of your written cancellation, you will be responsible to pay for that final shipment.
Members may suspend shipments - please contact us and we can assist you.
Member Agreement:
I am 21 years or older. As a Wine Club Member, I will receive semi-annual shipments from Migliavacca Wine Company. I agree to be bound by the terms of the Wine Club as disclosed in the Wine Club Membership descriptions, which I acknowledge I have read. I agree that Migliavacca Wine Co. is authorized to charge my credit card for the price of each shipment of wine pursuant to the terms of my Wine Club Membership, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
It is my obligation to notify Migliavacca Wine Co. in writing of any address changes before packages are shipped. Migliavacca Wine Co. will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected packages.
Membership is ongoing, but may be cancelled after receipt of the second shipment. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to club@migwine.com.
Shipments made within certain states are subject to state sales tax. Void where prohibited by law.
WARNING: Drinking distilled spirits, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk and cause birth defects if consumed during pregnancy.
