The Fine Print

Membership & Shipments

There is no fee to join the Miles of Cows Wine Club. Membership includes three curated wine shipments annually, with selections and benefits based on your chosen membership level:

• Quarter Mile: 4 bottles per shipment
• Half Mile: 6 bottles per shipment
• Mile: 12 bottles per shipment

By joining, you agree to receive a minimum of two consecutive club shipments. Membership is ongoing until canceled.

Members are charged approximately one week before each scheduled shipment. Shipment costs vary depending on wine selections and membership level.

Member Pricing & Shipping

All club shipments receive preferred member pricing based on the benefits of your selected membership level. Shipment charges reflect the retail value of the wines, less applicable membership discounts, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Quarter Mile and Half Mile members receive flat-rate shipping on club shipments. Mile members enjoy complimentary ground shipping on club shipments, where available.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits vary by tier and may include preferred wine pricing, access to limited releases, and exclusive member experiences.

Half Mile members receive invitations to group virtual tastings through the Miles of Cows Release Table. Mile members enjoy access to private virtual tastings with Katie. Release Table experiences are subject to scheduling and availability, with details shared directly with eligible members.

Shipping & Delivery

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine shipments. An adult signature is required upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If a shipment is returned or requires reshipping, the member is responsible for the applicable reshipping fees charged by the carrier.

Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and notifying Migliavacca Wine Company of any address changes before the shipment deadline. Migliavacca Wine Company is not responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or outdated delivery information.

Membership Changes, Holds & Cancellations

Any changes to your membership, shipping address, or account status must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled shipment date to apply to that shipment.

Members may request a temporary hold on shipments by contacting us. All requests are subject to approval and must be received before the applicable shipment deadline.

Membership requires a minimum commitment of two consecutive club shipments. After receiving your second shipment, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next scheduled shipment.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to club@migwine.com.

If a shipment has already been processed or shipped before a cancellation request becomes effective, the member remains responsible for the cost of that shipment.

Member Agreement

By enrolling in the Miles of Cows Wine Club, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and understand that an adult signature is required upon delivery of all wine shipments.

I agree to receive three wine club shipments annually from Migliavacca Wine Company, based on my selected membership level.

I authorize Migliavacca Wine Company to charge my credit card for each scheduled shipment, including the applicable member price of the wines, taxes, and shipping charges.

I understand that shipment costs may vary and that membership requires a minimum commitment of two consecutive shipments.

I acknowledge that my membership will continue automatically until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.

I agree to notify Migliavacca Wine Company of any changes to my billing or shipping information at least 14 days before the next scheduled shipment.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Miles of Cows Wine Club terms, membership benefits, and policies.

Wine shipments are subject to applicable state laws, regulations, and taxes. Void where prohibited by law.
