Napa Valley, Atlas Peak
Dark stone fruit, dried tobacco leaf, and wild herbs, with a hint of allspice on the mid-palate. Bright acidity and finely integrated tannins carry it to a long, savory finish. Medium-bodied and made for the table: a big pot of ragù or something off the grill.
Vineyard: Mountain fruit grown above the fog on steep, south-facing slopes of Atlas Peak; twenty-year-old vines, Antinori clone.
Alcohol: 14.6% ABV
